ABATTAGE (2018)

Through this digital illustration, I wanted to refer to unwritten stories. Tough this illustration may speak of the battle between us and our surroundings, the real subject of this project was the identification of the characteristics of a story: Plot, Character, Conflict and Theme. To do so, I created a scene, an instant, to deconstruct and isolate its components. To be able to reconstruct the said story, I printed each parts of the picture on an acetate and aligned them on a frame. Doing so, an element of depth is added, referring to how we can be absorbed by the reality of the imaginary.
This was my final project for my collegial studies in Visual Arts.
